Fred  and I partnered and formed the firm Ludtke & Vaccaro Architects, LLC in the late summer of 2006. We each bring unique strengths and qualities to our venture and have been very happy in working together to transform our clients’ dreams to life. 

Combined, Fred and I have completed more custom homes at Haig Point on Daufuskie Island, SC in the past 17 years than any other firm. We look forward to continuing to specialize in custom residential architecture on Daufuskie Island as well as the surrounding coastal areas.  

Our goal is ensuring that budgets are met and the highest quality is constructed. Because of our structure, we are flexible to work with clients in any way that suits the individual project. We have worked exclusively by face to face meetings and only by email – it is truly up to the client to decide what is his or her best approach.
